Throughout the ages, human communities have been guided by wise elders. While these teachings are often distorted by the beliefs of those who repeat the information, kernels of truth remain. One gift that the indigenous elders model for us all is their ability to remain detached from the turbulence of the fads and fashions of the outer world and listen to their inner guidance. Many prophecies have been shared around the 2012 conversation. Offerings from the Mayans, the Hopi, the Zulu, the Dogon, the Cherokee and the Hindu all point to a common theme: A transition into a new cycle is occurring right now and culminates in 2012. The end of a cycle can stimulate a sense of loss and with the beginning of a new cycle comes an expansive energy. Thus, we are called to be mindful of where we place our attention! The energy of the 3rd, 4th and 5th dimensions is already overlaid and available to consciousness. This can stimulate chaos for people are anchoring their energy and orientation at different frequencies.
